Return Policy

Terms of items that can be exchanged / returned are as follows:

Goods can be exchanged or returned in good condition and have not been used within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Information on damage to the goods must be received by the Customer Service at telephone (021) - 55962870, maximum 2x24 hours after the goods are received.

Information damaged goods please emailed to, accompanied by invoice number, date of purchase, date of receipt and attach pictures of the damage of goods.

We only accept the exchange of goods if the damage occurred due to defects caused by the production process of the plant that has been informed in advance and have been verified by our party.

Goods may only be exchanged for the same item during the stock still. If the supply is empty, then we will return the funds according to the value stated in the invoice does not include the cost of shipping.

If damage occurs due to an error on our part, then all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of our party as a form of support to our customers.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods if there are indications of use of the product.

This provision does not apply to consumable goods (such as drill bits, saw blades, etc.)

Money Refund

If the payment difference occurs due to excess payments from the customer then we will refund the money directly to the customer's account.
