LOCTITE Freeze & Release penetrating oil instantly freezes seized and rusted bolts, nuts and studs down to -38˚F (-39 ˚C). The exceptional shock-freeze effect of this penetrating oil causes microscopic cracks in the layer of rust, allowing the lubricating ingredient to wick directly into the rust by capillary action. The rusted bolt assembly can be easily dismantled after allowing only 1-2 minute.
LOCTITE® Silver Grade Anti-Seize Lubricant is a heavy-duty, high-temperature anti-seize thread compound applicable for heavy pressure applications. It can be used in high temperature areas up to 870°C (1600°F).
LOCTITE® 401 is designed for the assembly of difficult - to - bond materials which require uniform stress distribution and strong tension and/or shear strength. The product provides rapid bonding of a wide range of materials, including metals,
plastics and elastomers. LOCTITE® 401 is particularly suited for bonding porous or absorbent materials such as wood, paper, leather and fabric.
LOCTITE® Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant is a heavy duty, high temperature lubricant that resists galling and corrosion and reduces wear in heavy pressure applications. It contains tenacious metals, oils and graphite materials which cannot be burned away or removed by slow moving parts. This product withstands temperatures ranging from -65ºF to 1400ºF (-54ºC to 760ºC).
LOCTITE® 641 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where disassembly is required for service operations. Typical applications include retention of bearings onto shafts and into housings.
LOCTITE® 638 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where bond gaps can approach 0.25 mm (0.01 in.) and where maximum strength at room temperature is required. Typical applications include locking bushings and sleeves into housings and on shafts.
LOCTITE® 290 is designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. Because of its low viscosity and capillary action, the product wicks between engaged threads and eliminates the need to disassemble prior to application. The product can also fill porosity in welds, casting and powder metal parts.
LOCTITE® 609 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts. Typical applications include rotor to shafts in fractional and subfractional horsepower motors. Locks bushings and sleeves in housings on shafts. Augments press fits.
LOCTITE® 277 is designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. Typical applications include the locking and sealing of large bolts and studs (M25 and larger).
